Snow removal — the questions.

Do you take on new snow customers?

Yes, and the time to ask is before the first storm. Seasonal customers are the route, so the list is largely set once winter starts.

Do you plow gravel driveways?

We do. Gravel drives need the blade set differently so it does not tear the surface up, which is one more reason to use a crew that has seen your property in summer.

Do you clear walkways as well as the drive?

Yes. Walks, steps and entries are part of the job on residential properties, and they matter more than the driveway for anyone on foot.

What happens in a long storm?

On a storm that runs all day we come back through. Lake-effect snow off Cayuga does not arrive on a schedule, so the route runs as often as it needs to.
